Delivery

Everything is cut and finished after you order it, which is why we quote seven to ten days rather than next-day.

Timings

  • United Kingdom: 7–10 days from order to doorstep, tracked.
  • Orders placed at a weekend or on a bank holiday begin on the next working day.
  • We do not currently ship outside the United Kingdom.

  • Standard UK delivery: £4.95
  • Free on orders over £75

All prices on this site include VAT, and delivery is charged at checkout.

Tracking

You will get an email the moment your order leaves us, with a tracking link where the carrier provides one. If you have an account, tracking also appears in your order history.

Something gone wrong?

If your order has not arrived within fourteen days of the confirmation email, contact us at [email protected] with your order number and we will chase it or remake it.

Wrong address

We use the delivery address exactly as entered at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us immediately — we can usually change it before production finishes.
